20 MINUTE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!
WARM UP FOR 10 MINUTES THEN SET YOUR CLOCK FOR 20 MINUTES AND PERFORM AS MANY ROUNDS OF 6 STATION CIRCUIT BELOW, 10 REPS FOR ALL EXERCISES 

 1. DB CHEST PRESSES, 2. DB BENT OVER ROWS, 3. DB SQUATS, HAMMER CURLS & SHOULDER PRESSES, 4. DB/KB SWINGS, 5. DIPS & 6. BICYCLE CRUNCHES. REST MINIMALLY IN BETWEEN EXERCISES, 10-20 SECONDS, RECORD HOW MANY ROUNDS YOU COMPLETE AND THEN TRY TO BREAK IT NEXT WEEK.
